Two night minimum. On major holidays, three night minimums; New Year's Eve/Day, Memorial weekend, July 4th weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday stays.
This gorgeous home will make you want to move to the Texas Hill Country. This breathtaking Hill Country home is located on the Blanco River just a few miles from Wimberley. Enjoy 300 feet of direct river frontage from this 3000 square foot home located on 3 acres. The covered back porch with ceiling fans, rockers and lounges, provides a view of the river with 100 year old cypress trees. Sleeps a total of 14 guests.
A beautifully furnished house with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths.
Master bedroom upstairs with king size bed, private bath and Jacuzzi tub with shower.
Four additional bedrooms;
- First, queen bed and a private bathroom
- Second, full size bed and two twins
- Third, queen bed with a twin size day bed plus trundle bed with twin mattresses
- Downstairs twin size day bed (trundle with twin mattresses) in the bonus room
- Additional, separate bedroom apartment and game room
- Rock fire pit on rock patio
- Large back porch with rocking chairs and lounges
- Full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, flateware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans
- Dining room with 9 foot farm table sits 10 and the breakfast area has seating for 6.

Rates 2010/2011:
Off Season: Jan, Feb, Mar( 1-3, and 27-31 ), Apr, Sept, Oct, Nov, and Dec
• $450/night for 1st 6 guests for Thurs, Fri, and Sat nights
• $400/night for 1st 6 guests for Sun, Mon, Tues, and Wed nights
• Two night Minimum, except holidays, which are three night minimum
• Holidays at $700/night for up to the first 12 guests
• Additional guests at $25/night, up to 14 total guests.
• 6% tax on the total
• River Suite included at no charge when paying for at least 10 guests/night ( $60/night otherwise ), No charge for the River Suite on Holidays when paying for 14 guests.
• Holidays are New Years, Good Friday, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Season ( Dec 16 – Jan 2 )
High Season: Mar ( 4-26 ) May, June, July, and August
• $600/night for up to the first 8 guests
• Two night Minimum, except holidays, which are three night minimum
• Holidays at $700/night for up to the first 12 guests
• Additional guests at $25/night, up to 14 guests total.
• 6% tax on the total
• River Suite included at no charge when paying for a total of 14 guests/night ($80/night otherwise )
Holidays include Memorial Day and July 4th.
No Pet, No Smoking. There is a $350.00 cleaning fee if either pets or smoking occurs.
Check in or after 4:00
Check out by 11:00 sharp
No Cleaning charge
No Early Check in unless request is in writing and is approved by owner.
Cancellation Policy:
- Deposit is equal to one night’s rental.
- If you cancel with more than 30 days left, there is a $50 cancellation fee.
- If you cancel with less than 30 days left, you are responsible for cost of the entire stay, unless it can be rebooked.
